State Street Properties interview questions

I had one interview on campus in which they asked very basic questions. They did not ask any behavioral style questions or even seem to take that much interest in my background. I then interviewed at their headquarters in Chicago. I was told told me the salary was completely based on commission on how many apartments you were able to rent. They said they expected everyone to make at least $50,000 in their first year. Again I was not asked in depth questions or behavioral style. I was told training was typically a week long but you were not paid for it at all as you were not earning commission then.
