The initial HR screen process was very high-level, informative, open-ended, and fairly casual nothing too crazy. The next step in the interview process was the technical portion which centered around the Citrix technology. It was a virtual interview (no video) with three members of the organization asking me specific technical questions about Citrix. I thought I gave fairly sound technical answers especially as my experience came from a leadership/manager level versus an individual contributor who may have deeper knowledge. They also asked me a handful of questions about leadership. I asked a fair number of questions myself to learn more about the role and their environment. Upon closing the interview (which ran longer than scheduled) I just sensed the interviewing team or at least the hiring manager wasn't completely satisfied with my responses, but I was not particularly sure why. I subsequently made a limited effort to follow-up on the outcome.
