I first applied on a Wednesday through their online portal. I was contacted by email on Friday to set up a phone interview, which was pretty simple. Make sure you read their 'About Us' section on the website and have a good idea what they do. The phone interview was all behavioral questions. After that, I was contacted to set up an in-person interview at their offices. That, too, was fairly easy. The only technical question they asked was 'What is NAV and how is it calculated?'.
