Interview
I was e-mailed by an HR representative who scheduled me for an interview. The interview was 30-minutes long and consisted of questions about things on your resume and routine questions regarding strengths, weaknesses, and ability to take charge in a team situation. I was offered the position the next morning.

Question 1
What are your talents? What abilities were you "born" with as opposed to having learned them through experience?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at State Street (Quincy, MA)
Interview
Definitely easy, not too focused on candidate experience so if you are in need of a job they will be calling you back. Manager did an ok job with interviewing questions seem behavioral based, but I think a training on how to interview could make some vast improvements!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at State Street
Interview
I was referred by a friend who had recently been hired in the group. There was a ~30 minute phone interview with an HR rep and then about an hour interview with the group's AVP and officer. Both were behavioral based, nothing too complicated. The hiring managers were very honest about the work environment and what would be expected of me, and the questions were designed to make sure I would be able to handle the environment and be able to work well with the team.

It was a decent 30 minutes. Two very young interviewers. They were very nice and professional. Made me feel at ease. They printed a list of standard questions to ask. It was very straightforward. I heard back within 2 days.
