Phone call from HR rep. Asked me about why I was interested in State St and the position. Asked a little about my background and then said she wanted to set up an in person interview and asked if I could come to an in person interview 2 days later.. She then was upfront with the compensation (32K) and hrs/week (40 + time and a half)..etc. The conversation was about 15 mins.. I arrived and met with the HR rep I spoke with on the phone. She told me about the interview process and more about the job but spoke really fast. We then took an elevator up to meet with two managers. I sat across them at a conference table. Very basic interview questions and last 30 mins exactly. The two managers were young and very personable and friendly. I would have like to work with them.
