The first process will be a group discussion which is generally on a contemporary issue. The GD groups are of 5-6 people. They look for both content as well as how you present the content. It is followed by personal interview. The interview isn't too technical but they test your knowledge about current affairs and ask some HR questions basically to ascertain your motivation for applying for the job.
