I recently applied for a frontend developer role at startupslang and I wanted to share my mixed experience. The application process was straightforward and the recruitment team was prompt in responding to any questions I had. The technical tests that the company gave me were okay and provided an opportunity for me to showcase my skills. However, the interview process was somewhat disappointing. The interview started 30 minutes late, which was unprofessional and showed a lack of respect for candidates' time. Additionally, the interviewers themselves were not well prepared and were not able to provide a clear overview of the projects I would be working on if I was hired. This made me question the company's commitment to staying at the forefront of technology. Overall, while the technical tests were okay, I would not recommend startupslang as a great place to work for frontend developers. The unprofessionalism and lack of preparation during the interview process was a red flag for me, and I would not want to work for an organization that does not value candidates' time and effort. Thank you for taking the time to read my review. I hope it helps you in your job search!
