I had a phone interview with the HR manager, she scheduled me for an interview with another manager. 3 minutes before the scheduled interview, she called to let me know the manager wasn’t able to do the interview and that she would call back in two hours to schedule another time and day. I didn’t hear from her until Monday where she notified me that the manager was just going to hire internally. It was a waste of time because I spent an hour in the phone with her where she prepped me for this interview that was never going to happen. Also, things started to get funny after I took the 5 minute personality test. You literally just picked words that describes you, in my opinion this test should not determine someone’s worthiness as a candidate but they let the test decide whether or not you’re moving forward and then give you an excuse.
