Interview was a very easy process, Just really focus on how much you know about electronic devices and if you are familiar with how internet services work. Also a couple questions on how you would deescalate situations with customers. Basically would just like to be aware of how well you can help customers walk through troubleshooting devices.

Seems the interviewers don't communicate amongst eachother, everyone has a different idea of what the position and potential to earn are. Unprofessional and scattered, this doesn't seem like a profitable vompany or knowledgeable team to work with
