First is an outsourced HR phone call interview then if selected another call with HR again and then you can speak to someone directly with the company. Did not move past the first call due to not having a specific skill.

Three interviews: One with recruiter, second with directors, third with VP. After this there is another round with the HR, but I was told if you get to the HR round, you have already gotten the role.
