Initial phone call with a recruiter followed by another interview with regional manager. I had to complete a personality/aptitude test in between. I was then asked to do a presentation for a third round of interviews and never heard from them again (lol it couldn’t have been THAT bad). If you’re going to ask candidates to spend time and effort on something like multiple rounds of interviews and an actual presentation, at least have the decency to send an email letting them know they weren’t selected. Ended up dodging a bullet as there are better, less shady, more established companies in the industry that are professional enough to communicate through the entirety of the interview process.
