Phone interview-30 min call-no interest from interviewer-very distracted and disinterested interviewer that did not respond to experience story- heard crickets after telling about amazing achievements-It's important to build rapport and find common ground but there was none-there should be back and forth dialogue and it should not be a one-sided conversation

Initial Round- Applied Online. Got a telephonic interviewed followed by onsite interview in next week. Onsite- One to One interview with 4 different department heads. Overall basic conceptual questions. Result- Got offer 2 weeks after onsite round
