The HR department of this company seems to work in a very haphazard manner. They seem to lack basic etiquettes on how to manage interviews and it appears this company is destined for failure due to weak processes. I began by being interviewed by the Head of Marketing which was followed by the HR and then the Head of HR. ALL THIS TOOK MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. Finally at the end of 2 months I had a face to face with the founder of this "reputed" organisation. But during the course of the interviews they asked for my work at least three times and not less. In addition to this, they did reference checks in the middle of the whole process which is absurd to say the least. It appears its not just the founders alone, but also the employees that are contributing to such a weak and spineless way of functioning. I finally decided to drop the prospect of joining such an odd company. Pull it together people! All the best!
