A 30 min. online interview with seniors and director of the landscape team, the format is rather straightward and everyone is friendly. Questions focuse mostly on your skillsets and professioanl experiences. They also introduced their team culture and current works to check if you are a good fit.

Question 1
What software do you mainly use in your last position?
Casual, conversation-like interview with three interviewers. We first went through my resume, then I walked them through my portfolio. We talked about how well I work in a team, software proficiency, company culture.
The interview begins on time and lasts about half an hour. Friendly atmosphere, funny questions, just like making a daily conversation. But it's suffering to wait for the response as they don't tell you a specific date.
