Interview
First stage was a pre-recorded interview where you answer questions. 2nd stage was an online talk with the engineers where they get to know you and ask you questions about the job
Online aptitude tests.
Video interview, about 7 questions.
Online or in person interview for 1 hour.
Very nice team to help through the process, both the recruitment and the actual engineers that interview.
The interview isn’t very technical and is more a discussion of previous work.

Two stage interview process:
First step was a timed automated video recording of the candidate answering questions provided on screen. Only one chance to take the recording.
Second stage: Interview with two of the team leaders (in my case a Project Technical Lead, and Senior Mechanical Engineer). I applied for the job during COVID, and so my interview was held on Microsoft Teams.

General mechanical engineering questions, asked for different kinds of pumps, etc., a review of any relevant summer internship or placements.
