Interview
I had a very experience man in his 60's talk about his life accomplishments for an hour. He then went on to tell me that they went with a different candidate and the interview was a formality. This was followed by a mockery of my qualifications. I really dodged a bullet with this employer.

Do you "Really have experience" in these fields like your resume states? Somehow I really doubt it
Standard interview with HR and technical type questions. The interview was approximately 45 minutes. After the interview, references were through survey platform where all 4 references complete a survey and results are averaged and provided into one comprehensive report for the hiring team to review.
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Stantec (Florida Ridge, FL)
Interview
It was straightforward. Got a call from HR first and then an interview was scheduled with hiring manager. The interview with hiring manager was 1 hr long. It mainly emphasized on my undergraduate project followed by a case study.

Everything in my resume was asked specially my projects.
Some technical questions and some questions about experience. Asked about background with chemical data, data analysis, CEQA, and environmental planning. Technical questions included different scenarios and how I would react.
