Terrible process. HR was a nightmare and communication between sales leadership and them was not there. Should have seen this as a flag. Go back to the basics and don't just fill a position to fill a position

basic interview questions and dodged around why there was so much turnover in sales. Should have seen this as a flag. They have you stay up there and meet with people that are so jaded by the hotel it is pointless. Go back to the basics
