I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at StandardFusion (Toronto, ON) in Sep 2022
Interview
Three interviews in total:
- Screening (10-15 minutes)
- Technical Interview (1 hour)
- Technical Evaluation (1.5 hours)
I was reached out by email by one of the engineers to set up a phone screen with them. It was about 15 minutes, they asked me about my experience with ORMs, databases, and SQL.
Then, a high level technical interview was held with two engineers. This consists of them asking questions about different parts of your resume. Then, I was given a scenario and had to answer questions about it.
I did pretty well on the second interview and advanced to the third one. This is a technical coding assessment where you have to RDP into their computer.
