There are two parts to Stag-Parkway, the warehouse and the corporate section. I was being hired into corporate. I was contacted by phone by the human resource manager who set up another phone interview with the hiring manager. The next day I had a phone interview with the hiring manager that wasn't very long she just review the position in some detail and we made arrangements to meet. I met her a few days later and what was supposed to be a 15 minute interview turned into an hour. There was the normal interview questions and then we went into details on Event planning and my past experiences and how I handled different situation. The second interview a few days after that was with the CEO. I spent about 5 minutes with him in a "Get to Know You" type conversation. After that I was introduced to more of the people I would be working with. The last part was a written test on Excel.
