First you will get screened by hr, interviewed by branch manager and then observe pay out.
They will ask you questions based on the job description so as long as you know what you applied for, you should be good. In my experience it was a pretty traditional interview process “what’s your experience?” “Why this company?” “Are you okay with this salary?” “What do you think about this in this company?” “Why should we pick you over others?”
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
What you think about working with second chance employees?
I applied in-person. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Staff Zone (Jacksonville, FL) in Feb 2025
Interview
Pleasent, informative and fast. Management kind and friendly. Can't wait to start. Explained responsibilities and expectations. Spoke about compensation and training goals. Company will determine if MVR allows employment. Process takes 48 to 72 hours
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Staff Zone (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2020
Interview
The interview process was a red flag in itself. No true interview process. They only hire women which is odd in itself. The person who interviewed me seemed like they were too busy to pay attention to any of the answers I was giving to them and made it seem like they had more important things going on. Was not focused during interview.
