Interview
Talent interview, followed up by two others which were rapidly organised. Extremely courteous and professional, with some far ranging conversations that explored experience and potential for mutual fit in depth. Plenty of time given to ask questions and learn more of Stacker too.

Question 1
What were some mistakes you made in your last role?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Stacker (Belfast, Northern Ireland) in Dec 2021
Interview
Had an initial conversation with a team member where I was told I did well and could proceed to the next step.
I then had a technical interview and did a brain teaser for them (where I got it right with an explanation).
I was told I was unsuccessful and could get feedback. I requested it, but never received any. Weird overall experience.
