not a great interview process felt very rushed and that they had no interest in connecting with me, very stuck on their own interview STAR methodology that did not feel natural.
I applied online. I interviewed at StackAdapt (Singapore)

The initial interview stages moved pretty fast. However, no updates given by HR after the 2nd round, even when followed up with HR. Needs to improve in their hiring process.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at StackAdapt in Nov 2025
Interview
Round 1 - screening with recruiter - I thought this would be super surface level but turned out not. Questions dived deep into my day-to-day responsibilities and knowledge.
Round 2 - interview with a Director - This was more difficult and technical than the first round. I was asked about many specific case scenarios and industry knowledge.
Round 3 - project/presentation with a Director and a Manager - this was semi-difficult and they gave me 10 days to complete. Not too hard, just time consuming!
Round 4 - interview with a Director - super chill conversation for me, however, my friend had an opposite experience where he was questioned again about technical issues and the last presentation. So it might depend on who you interviewed with!
Overall it was a pleasant process for me! Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable!
