Good. They asked many questions that i was able to answer easily. I met with a panel of individuals who asked questions about my job experience, educational experience, and knowledge of the fundraising industry.

long, obscure, and slow in communicating. they did a phone interview, then it took about a month for a call back. came in for a panel interview with a search committee, which lasted 3 hours. then did several one on one interviews with the senior pastor, and other youth workers.
