I interviewed at St Paul's Cathedral (London, England)
Interview
I was invited to an assessment day at the cathedral, alongside 14 other candidates. We had a few team challenges such as building the tallest tower using spaghetti and marshmallows, then simple roles play scenarios. We had a whole tour of the cathedral, galleries and crypt included, lunch was offered and eventually at the end we had 1 to 1 interviews.

Interview
During the group interview , we took part in two group activities before the 1:1 interview.
In the first activity, we were given three non-functional or simple items. As a team, we had to add features to these items to make them more practical, creative, and unique. After discussing and developing the ideas together, we presented our improved products to the other groups.
In the second activity, we worked as a team to build the tallest possible model of St Paul’s Cathedral using only marshmallows and spaghetti. It was a fun and challenging task that really tested our communication, creativity, and teamwork skills.
After the group activities, I had a short 1:1 interview where I talked about my background, experience, and motivation for the role.
