St. Michael's Inc. interview questions

Several of their positions remain open for a reason- they expect senior level experience at the junior level pay. While it was pleasant to interview with them, it was a waste of time. I would constantly get contacted by one of their recruiters who acted like they were working for a third party staffing agency. It’s too bad because it seems like a nice small company but they need to pay better.

This was a very simple but misleading interview process, the company promised the world with their benefits and said I would be a sub-contractor for the government. They insisted that I had a 90% chance to get approved and not to worry but that turned out to be false. I would have hoped for the company to be more honest, but that seems to be not the case.
