Not really an interview. He looked at my resume, then showed me the labs, where I would be working, and talked about the day-to-day operations. The whole process lasted about 40 minutes.

Interview
I emailed to schedule a meeting to talk about job prospects. The Lab Director called me back after a day or two and we arranged a time for me to come down, talk, and take a tour. After introducing me to the other engineers and giving me a tour, he asked if I wanted to start Monday!
