St. Joseph Financial Services interview questions

I received an email to set up an appointment for a first interview. Interviewer was kind and spoke a lot about the company, it's values, etc... During my second interview, the interviewer was a little hard to talk to--definitely a 'finance' person and not someone with a lot of interview experience. Clarity around the job description was ambiguous and interviewer was unable to provide a very clear picture. I did not hear back at all from the company after this second interview, even after following up. This was disappointing as I would have appreciated feedback or really anything--ghosting candidates seems extremely unprofessional and unorganized. I do believe the company has a good mission, but may need to enhance their hiring practices if they want to compete with larger accounting firms.
