St Johns County School District interview questions

Very uncomfortable environment with 3 person panel that went directly into asking questions regarding position experience. No one on panel asked a question About Me. This should be the first question or at least giving the interviewee the opportunity who they are and how they can benefit the organization. It felt like an inquisition.

Standard process. One interview with principal discussing experience and preferences and then got offer. Very simple. ESE teachers are in demand and that was reflected in the difficulty of this interview.
