Focused on experience and portfolio--walk through. Short and laid-back. Personable. Found out within a week! Fun people, relaxed environment. Clear about what they're looking for in a writer, have been around a long time--no BS, straightforward. Shared interesting and creative campaigns and the history of the agency. Asked questions about experience.
