Interview
I submitted my application online. I was contacted via email to schedule an in-person interview. During the interview, Lea Young was very explanatory and made me feel comfortable. I learned a lot about St. Dominic that I didn't know throughout the process, which made me want to be a part of the organization anymore.

Interview
Initial interview performed along with employee survey filled out by myself in order to compile list of top candidates. Top candidates' then turned in references and proof of enrollment in a school of nursing. Interviewer was very fair and deliberative in the interview process and interviewers were informed of employment within 2 weeks of initial interview.

Interview
The interview was very efficient and professional; however I liked that the interviewer was interested in me on a personal level. She was very personable and made me feel immediately comfortable. She asked difficult questions that challenged me and made sure that the questions made the interviewee answer transparently.
