Provided a take-home coding test to review and refactor in my own time. 4. ~1hr technical interview to review coding test with 2 team leads. 5. Offer received. The whole process was one of the smoothest I've ever experienced. My sense is a lot of that was thanks to Adam (recruiter) who was a superstar. He was super responsive, friendly and helpful throughout every step of the process (which also reflects very positively on the company). All interviews were well-organised, friendly and informative. Genuinely enjoyed each one. Excited to join the team.
