Gives overview of the company , funding , product etc., VP Engineering - An overview of the organisation's tech stacks , expectations from the candidate for the role . Few tech questions , understanding candidate's tech background, previous experience/projects etc., Coding round - Coding problem in React (as i am a frontend engineer) Techno managerial round - Questions around process , version control , SDLC , MERN stack , CI/CD , Coding standards , SOLID principles , Team management,Testing , behaviour or personality assessment questions etc., CEO - This a culture fit round . The CEO explains about the company & product in detail. He deep dives into the benefits offered by the company .A high level discussion on compensation.
