Very easy, just talked about myself and my experience. Asked some specific questions about bakery and deli experience. Having cashier experience seemed to be helpful. Overall the experience was not stressful.

quick and seemed like they weren’t prepared. interviewer was late and didn’t know why i was there/what i applied for. when i asked questions about the job they didn’t know what it entailed.

Interview
The interview process was very fast, seeing as it was a job fair for the new store, I got hired on the spot. Everyone at this fair was v kind and fun to be around, joking with each other, it made me feel more comfortable. I was dressed business casual for this interview. I did take a swab drug test on the spot and signed documents for them to be allowed to do a full background check on me. The whole interview lasted maybe 20 minutes going from table to table in the process. I didn't have to wait very long to be called on. I also accidentally forgot my ID and they let me run home and grab it.
