6 Rounds, 2 Months, and Zero Professionalism
Pros: None.
Cons: Extremely disrespectful hiring process. I spent two months completing six intense interview rounds. Every interview ran over time (e.g., 30-minute slots stretching to an hour). After clearing all technical rounds and reaching the final HR stage, I was rejected via a generic, automated email. No human feedback, no explanation, just total ghosting after months of effort.

Question 1
Why did you not look for growth in your second last organization?
I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Sprinto (Srīnagar, Jammu and Kashmir) in Sep 2025
Interview
The interview process at Sprinto was smooth and well-organised. Each round was structured to assess my communication and problem-solving. The interviewers were professional, friendly, and transparent, making the entire experience both insightful and enjoyable.
ok - not hard. They asked me some good questions, but easy to crack. Company future also seems good. They are in a great industry, which is evergreen. The BDR manager looks nice. Company is also remote.
