An hour and a quarter in total: an hours competency questions and then a 10 minute exercise which involved writing a reply to an author who hadn’t received a decision on their article yet. The 2 interviewers were very friendly and seemed genuinely interested in what I had to say. The questions were competency based but quite specific to the job.

Only been through the HR screening so far, very friendly and straightforward. They explained the position, the company and what the interview process would include very clearly. I have been told that there will be a further interview and likely another test after that but I haven’t reached that stage yet so I can not comment further on that.
