It was easy and welcoming. Just talked about my experience as a psychitherapist including where I have worked and who I have worked with. It was only one person from HR on the panel and only one interview.
The interview process was straightforward. It began with an introduction to the company's services. After that, the interviewer asked me to share my experience as a therapist. This interview served as an initial screening. The interviewer had a friendly style and allowed me enough time to ask any questions I had.
