Interview
I had a positive experience interviewing at Spreetail. The people were very welcoming and easy to talk to. The process involved two phone interviews and one in person interview. The in person interview as more extensive. I presented a project that was assigned to me prior to the interview and met with multiple employees.

Interview
Being out of state the process did take a little while, about 6 weeks from initial contact to offer. Process started with a quick video chat, then a couple more formal traditional phone interviews, then a panel interview done via Skype. Then I was flown out to Lincoln to present a case study and meet the team.
