I applied through university. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Oct 2018
Interview
Overall it was a very positive experience. Everyone I met was extremely friendly, informative, intelligent, and people I'd want to work with. The entire process was fairly laid back and informal (don't read that as "unorganized"... it was intentionally informal), so nothing to get too nervous about.

Question 1
Tell us about a project you've worked on in the past
I first had a phone interview two weeks after I applied then I proceeded to an on site technical interview. After that I had another phone interview asking about my work/salary expectations
The first round was a phone call with behavioral questions. The second round was a Video call with the technical team. They asked some technical questions and few behavioral questions. It was not that hard.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spreetail in Oct 2019
Interview
The hiring and interview process was pretty simple. They were very communicative. First, had a phone screen interview and then a video interview. Phone screen interview was very brief. They asked questions about my skills and had some behavioral questions. Video interview focused on technical perspective.
