I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Spreetail (Lincoln, NE) in Jan 2018
Interview
The process was lengthy but they get you through it in no time. It started with a message on LinkedIn, moved to a phone interview, and then to the in person interviews. I had an initial face to face meeting with them at their Lincoln office to get to know them, take a tour, and they asked some questions. I moved on to the next stage which was a presentation and some follow up questions with a new set of people. My last step was a dinner with the team to see if I would fit the culture. From start to finish I never went a day without hearing from them, and while the process was long, it was worth it. Every person you interact there loves their job, they love helping other people, and the company culture is amazing.
