I had an HR screening. She just asked about 7 questions. It seems that they emphasize your knowledge in tax a lot, less behavioral than larger CPA. It took one week to hear rejection from them.

Interview
I interviewd in October, 2022. First round was a video call with the HR, second round was a video call with the senior manager, final round was a video call with the five people from the partner to the staff. Received a scheduled rejection call after the final round interview. I felt like they only fail you after the long final round interview so it was a waste of time. In addition, I hate the way HR sent an email to scheduled a call with you and then told you that they were not moving forward with you.

Interview
First, will be an initial phone call, just to ask you some questions about your background and your opinion to something, and will introduce the company. Next step would be a bahavioral interview with a manager. Finally will be a office visit, which you will be talking with nearly everyone in the office, and this is also part of the interview process so be careful.
