As a job candidate, I would like to provide a review of the interview process that I recently went through. Overall, I found the process to be well-organized and professional. The company's HR team was very responsive and kept me informed throughout the process. The initial screening interview was conducted over the phone, and the interviewer was very friendly and knowledgeable about the position. They asked relevant questions about my experience and skills, and also provided me with a clear understanding of the company's culture and expectations. The second & third round of interviews were conducted via video conference. The final interview was in person and the interviewers were very engaging and asked thoughtful questions that allowed me to showcase my skills and experience. They also provided me with a clear understanding of the role and the company's expectations. Although, I was not extended an offer, overall, I found the interview process to be very positive and professional. I would definitely recommend this company to other job seekers.
