3) Went for interview with about 2-3 people
4) Got called up about 3-4 weeks later and was offered
5) Went to sign contract
It is always good to read up about the company and seek opinions from friends if they happen to work there or know anyone who is working there.

I applied online, and was contacted about a week later via phone call to set up a panel interview consisting 3 people (HR, team lead, team member). Interview began on time and lasted about 30-40mins
Online interview. Interviewers comprise of team lead, team member and HR. Smooth process, they asked questions about past experience and work competency and career interest. The session lasted around 45 minutes.
