      Interview

I applied online and got an email from HR within a week. They sent me a long (and I mean LONG) list of questions written in cutesy prose. I assume that was their idea to make the process less painful. Nonetheless, it took forever to answer. They even asked for a sample of Photoshop work done in the past. For a position that coordinated events for their employees, they made it seem like you would be planning White House Events.

      Question 1

None. They were all basic questions.

Thank you for your feedback. We’ve since hired a head of recruiting who, with her team, has implemented changes to the application process.
