Splash Lagoon interview questions

The manager and I introduced ourselves, and talked about my strengths and weaknesses, how I heard about the job, and why I wanted to work for them. After talking and asking questions, I was given a tour around the facility and was offered a position once I made it known I was very interested and looking forward to hearing from them.

Applied in Thanksgiving for management position, and got an interview within a week or so. Didnt hear back until the first week or so in January for 2 follow up interviews. First two interviews were actual interview about management style, expectations, company overview, etc. Interview 3 was more of a discussion with upper management.
