Very laid back. Took about 20 minutes. I was asked a few questions then met the team working that day, it felt more like a social call than an interview.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Spiritleaf (Guelph, ON) in Jun 2022
Interview
Called me in for an interview, on the application it says that the license is not required. When I arrived to the interview, the interviewer was nice and polite at first. After they asked if I had my license and I said no bit willing to get it if needed, their demeanor changed as if they were completely uninterested in asking anything else.
My take away from this was that they preferred to have someone licensed which they could have just mentioned initially before applying.
