Question 1
What is a quality you think every nurse should have?
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at SpiriTrust Lutheran (Spring Grove, PA) in Apr 2019
Interview
This interview was at the Utz Terrace location. The interviewer was twenty minutes late for the interview because “you’re in healthcare, you understand.” No apology or heads up offered. Interviewer repeatedly offered how short staffed they were and how many different hats each staff member wore. The most frustrating part, I was brought in to interview for a day shift position, which was no longer even available (only evenings and nights, which I was not looking for and made it clear in the application and the interview.) Very nice building but seemed stressful and unorganized.

Question 1
I was asked at least 5 behavioral interview questions.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at SpiriTrust Lutheran (York, PA) in Feb 2016
Interview
I went through a recruiter and was called in after submitting a resume. When I arrived, the nurse manager had forgotten about our appointment but she made room in her schedule to speak to me. She gave me a decent overview of the job, however, many of the less enjoyable aspects of the position such as call and PM coverage were glossed over and I found that when I began working there I was on call and covering evenings and weekends far more frequently then I had been led to believe was required.

Question 1
They want to know what skills you have, especially IV infusion skills because many of their clients require infusions.
