Interview was easy, ask knowledge and customer service skills, went over different customer service scenarios. How to approach customers in the field. Very easy and very professional. The manager at the time sounded like she was on top of things. Very sharp young lady.

Interview
When I first started back in 2011 the interview was not with an HR representative but with the team lead I was to work with and she had just gotten promoted for the title. Phone interview first, 2nd phone interview with a sales rep, then once I passed that, I had an in person interview. Interview was fast, she just explained the job and a bit about benefits. Nothing hard.
