After an informal phone discussion, I went in to meet face to face.
This involved a meeting with the hiring manager at their offices, and lasted for roughly an hour.

Predominantly concerned with previous billings/black book that I could bring to the company

Interview
The initial phone with the recruiter was extremely positive, with general availability questions and interview questions e.g. why recruitment. The next stage was an MS teams interview with a bit more in-depth, still more like a conversation. Final stage I had to give a presentation to the Assoc director and manager, still welcoming. Whole process took about 3 weeks
