The interview process for this position was a telephone interview followed by an in person interview at the Spin Master office in Toronto. The recruiter who I dealt with rescheduled my interview 3 times, and could not spell very basic words correctly when communicating with me through email. I received a form email response from hr a couple weeks after my in person interview telling me that my resume was unfortunately not selected for consideration (bizarre considering at this point I had already went through both a phone and in person interview). I realized while speaking with the current Librarian and Manager in person this was not an organization I was interested in working for, so I really didn't care about the rejection at this point. However after all this, I received a wierd cold email from a recruiter working for Telus who was given my contact information from the person currently in the position at Spin Master. I have never had a potential employer take information off my resume and sell it to a recruiter working for another company. The levels of unprofessionalism and unethical behaviour that were present in my experience from start to finish with Spin Master made me pretty happy I didn't end up working for them. I would never recommend or wish for anyone to work for this company based on my experience.
