The interview process started with a group discussion and document verification. This was followed by a height and reach test, grooming check, and English communication assessment. Shortlisted candidates then attended a personal interview focusing on customer service skills, attitude, and availability for shifts.

Why do you want to become a cabin crew and how would you handle a difficult passenger during a flight?
Pretty easy if good in communication skills. Previous experience in the Customer service industry is a plus. Have to be very aware when answering the questions. Might ask rude customer handling situation to check your skills.

Its very easy ...They will just ask you about your self and if you have any work experience and about why you want them to hire you and why you choose this .After that they took one on one interview with same question.After all they see you confidence and the wy you are groomed...If you have scars be smart enough to correct it with correcter or hide it.My overall experience was amazing
